When an order has been successfully placed, the checkout page will refresh to show your order number. We recommend keeping a copy of this until you receive your confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.&#xA0;If your page does not show you a successful order ID, there are a number of reasons that may cause an unsuccessful transaction; those that occur most often include:<ul><li class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify">A network connection issue, causing the checkout process to time out; or</li><li class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify">The checkout page is refreshed before an order is confirmed.</li></ul>When this occurs, the payment associated with the order may sometimes show as &quot;pending&quot; on your statement (credit card, PayPal, etc). We are pleased to confirm that this is nothing to worry about!&#xA0;These pending transactions are often uncaptured payments, which are automatically refunded in the form of a reversal.&#xA0;In the case of a reversal, you won&apos;t see a refund credit on your statement &#x2013; the original authorisation will simply disappear from your statement entirely after a few days.
