What oven (fan-forced or conventional) do recipes use?Updated 16 days ago

Unless specified otherwise, all of Maggie’s recipes are based on fan-forced oven temperatures.

If using a conventional (that is, non-fan-forced) oven, you may need to increase the temperature by 10 or 20ºC (50 or 68ºF).

Fan-assisted ovens differ from fan-forced ovens in that the use of the fan is optional, making them more flexible.
