Sent via specialised courier, which offers a point-to-point delivery for locations within the Sydney metropolitan area.
To see if your area is eligible, simply enter the postcode and select the suburb through our Delivery Calculator.
Orders must be placed before 11am (Sydney time), the preferred date of delivery.
To check which days are available for delivery, simply add a hamper to your cart and view the checkout page. Enter your postcode for a price and delivery estimate. For more information on selecting a preferred date, please see the articles listed below.
Deliveries are made between 1pm and 9pm weekdays (excluding public holidays). We are unable to provide a more specific time frame.
We are unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes with this delivery option.
If an "Authority to Leave" has been given, a delivery may be left in a safe space on the premises.
Proof of Delivery is not currently provided.
Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next scheduled business day. Only two attempts will be made before the delivery is returned to our warehouse. Redelivery and returns fees apply.
Drivers are unable to contact the recipient directly upon delivery.
